Am currently obsessed with the song Officially Missing You (: Please go and look it up because it's so good. Listening to it just makes me want to learn guitar so badly and it's not that I don't have a guitar but my fingers are so so so inflexible that I can't play anything that requires a barre chord. So I kind of made Celia learn it for me and now I'm really excited for her to master it (:

Went all the way to Woodland for work today and I swear this job makes me travel to the weirdest of places. The previous time it was all the way INSIDE the Istana. And I get to meet all kinds of people too. At the Istana I met this super annoying boss of some company that I shall not name and he was so unhelpful and unfriendly. But I also got to meet Mr Tony Tan and I was squished to the table because there were cameras and people wanting to shake his hand desperately. And I was like less than a meter away from him and annoying boss squeezed his ass through so many people just so he could teach Mr Tony Tan how to play marbles. Watch me roll my eyes. And then today it was at Woodlands and then an MP, Mr Vikram Nair. was the guest of honour and he came over to look at the face painting booth and then he decided to have something drawn on his hand too and I was the only person available then so yup. I had to draw a heart on his hand and I was so scared because it was my first time doing this whole face painting thing, and all my previous attempts for kids paled in comparison to my co-workers'. And after he had his hand painted, all the cameras came swarming in and of course he had to take a photograph with the great artist right??? So yup, my photo with him is now saved in all sorts of cameras and mobile phones. And he talked to me and asked me which school I came from and I probably sounded crazy because my school is in Tanjong Rhu and I stay in Serangoon area but I'm all the way a Woodlands. And the company should probably pay me double because I gave him a name card to promote them when he asked me where I was from. Hahaha, what a weird day.

In order to kill time today I went to H&M (again; third time this week) and why are clothes so expensive. I think most of the time we're paying for the brand instead of the clothes. And also, there should be like ten million fitting rooms because I queued for so long just for my 10 minutes of fame inside the dressing room. So disappointed.

There are many jobs that I'd like to try but that would have to wait until the end of next year when I'm finally free. Am feeling kind of excited because of all the new people I'd meet and all the new things I'd get to try (:

I miss the warmth of your embrace. But keep going, Cheryl. You're doing great.
