"To see a world in a grain of sand and a heaven in a wildflower, hold infinity in the palm of your hand and eternity in an hour."

It's a Sunday and it's going to be a Monday in less than an hour and that really sucks because I really really really abhor Mondays due to the lack of breaks and the long hours ): Sigh.

Went on a Literature learning journey to the Arts House to look at Singapore poetry on Thursday (: Can't believe we get to do such stuff even though they're not in the syllabus and stuff haha. The arts scene in Singapore isn't really well established, though it's much better now, but well not many people would take arts as their main career and they usually have something else to fall back on in case their plans backfire on them. Anyway, the only poem I remember is one that I took a photograph of (the audio files weren't working so we had to read them off cards) and one that Jamie read which was about a transvestite and the only line I remember was about him being an old man sitting by the window in a scarlet dress -.- Okay this is bad. Anyway, it was fun and all and I want to go back there (:

The only thing I remember about Friday was RT which went pretty well (: And I'm extremely satisfied hahahaha. Hope that the kids will continue growing well and that they'll be something good in the future (: Saturday was CMC meeting then off to Tampines for Zone Comp Briefing. Super nostalgic hahahahaha. It was where we got our Zone Champs and our ticket to Nationals (: I really want to turn back time and go through it all over again because it really meant so much. Now I just hope that NC will do well and not be like how we were back when we were NC because honestly, I don't think everyone can get back up on their feet and I really don't want to risk it for this team at all. Press on guys, another week to go!

Today I heard about one of my Dad's friend whom I only meant probably once or twice, and he got divorced with his wife and married another. Don't know the details but basically he went to somewhere to work and met another woman and yeah. The last time we met was many years ago and they were living in Singapore and they had a son. Now his ex-wife with their son is back in Australia and he's somewhere living a new life with a new wife and a new daughter. I'm in no rights to speak but I feel so disappointed.
